Privacy policy

In short: this website has no forms and no analytics or advertising cookies. We only handle the details you give us when you contact us by WhatsApp or email, to reply, prepare your sample and, if we work together, deliver the project and invoice it. We do not sell or share your personal information.
Who is responsible
Pilar Garcinuño García, self-employed, trading as Mapo Digital, tax ID (NIF) 70975395V, Calle Don Quijote, 43, 37007 Salamanca, Spain. Privacy contact: pablo@mapo-digital.com. Because we are based in Spain, we handle personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.

We do not send you marketing unless you ask for it, and we make no automated decisions or profiles about you.
Who we share it with
- Netlify, Inc. (USA), which hosts this website.
- Google: Google Workspace hosts our email, and Google Fonts serves the website's typefaces (your browser sends it your IP address when loading them).
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us on WhatsApp, under its own terms and privacy policy.
- jsDelivr, the public code network that serves the animations of the demo websites.
- Stripe, if you pay through a payment link: it collects your card details, which we never see.
- Our accountants, for bookkeeping and taxes, and public authorities when the law requires it.
Some of these providers are in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
If you contact us and we don't end up working together, we keep the conversation only as long as we need to reply. If you hire us, we keep your details for as long as we work together and then for as long as the law requires for bookkeeping and taxes (up to six years) and to handle any claims.
Cookies and browser storage
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies, so we don't ask you to accept anything. To remember a preference, it stores one item in your browser that never leaves your device:

Google Fonts and jsDelivr load files without setting cookies. Videos are hosted on this website, with no YouTube or Vimeo players. WhatsApp buttons take you to wa.me, which uses its own cookies on its own domain. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing pablo@mapo-digital.com. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the data protection authority where you live, if there is one.
